Delete Your Account

If Lumin Match offers account creation or stores account-linked data, you can request deletion of your account and associated data using the process below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@masikatigames.co.za.
  2. Use the subject line: Lumin Match Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your player ID, email address, username, or the login method used.
  4. We may contact you to verify the request where reasonably necessary for security purposes.

What happens next

  • We will review the request and confirm receipt.
  • Where applicable, we will delete or anonymise account-linked data that is no longer needed.
  • Certain information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or platform compliance reasons.

Typical deletion scope

Subject to your actual live implementation, an account deletion request may include deletion of:

  • Account profile information
  • Saved progress linked directly to the account
  • Support records tied to the account where deletion is legally permitted

Some non-identifiable, aggregated, security, or legally required records may be retained.

Alternative in-app path

If the app includes an in-app delete account function, users may also use that option. This web page exists to provide an external account deletion route, in line with Google Play requirements for apps that support account creation.

Important: If your live app does not support user accounts, update this page to clearly say that no in-app account is created, and adjust your Play Console Data Safety responses accordingly.
